How to reach us
The company that runs ErgoFisio is named in the details box above, with its address, phone number and email. Write to that email about a product in the catalogue, an order you have placed or your personal data, complaints included; the company phone line handles the same questions.
For an order that is already moving, the operator who called you is the quickest contact: they have the product, the quantity and the address you confirmed.
What to put in your message
So we can find your order at once, include:
- The date you sent the order form
- The phone number you ordered with
- The product and how many packs
- What you need: a status update, a change, a cancellation or something else
Who calls you after you order
After you send the form, an operator from the order desk of the product's distributor in Nigeria calls you. The operator confirms the product, the quantity and your address, and gives you the delivery time and charge before the parcel is dispatched.
No one from ErgoFisio or the distributor will ask you for a transfer, a deposit, your card details, a PIN or a one-time password, because you pay only on delivery. If anyone asks you to pay first in our name, do not send money; write to us instead.
Questions about contacting us
How do I check the status of my order?
Ask the operator who confirmed your order, or email the address in the details box above with the date of the order and the phone number you used on the form. We tell you whether the order is confirmed and pass your question to the distributor's order desk, which holds the dispatch details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Until dispatch you can change the quantity or the address, or cancel free of charge: tell the operator or write to us with the phone number on the order. After dispatch you can still refuse the parcel at the door without paying. Your other rights are under Returns and refunds.
Who do I contact about my personal data?
Email the address in the details box above. We handle requests to see, correct or delete your data, to object to its use and to withdraw consent under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.
