What we publish
We publish pages on joint care products sold with payment on delivery. Each page answers what people ask before ordering: what the product is, what is in it, how to take it, who should avoid it and what it costs in naira.
Where our information comes from
Every product page starts from a product file built from:
- The pack and photos of the actual product
- The description and ingredient list published by the brand owner
- Monographs of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and opinions of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) on the ingredients
- Reviews and trials on single ingredients, indexed in PubMed and the Cochrane Library
How we check facts
Every statement about an ingredient has a public source anyone can look up. Research covers single substances, and we present it that way: as facts about glucosamine or turmeric, never as a test of the finished product.
We follow the public alerts of the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). If NAFDAC warns about a product in our catalogue or one of its ingredients, the product page reports it.
What you will not find in our catalogue
- Made-up customer reviews or testimonials
- Star ratings and satisfaction percentages
- Doctors or experts who do not exist
- Slashed prices and countdown timers
- Promises of a cure
Medical note
Our pages give general information on joint care products. They do not diagnose anything and do not replace medical care. Swelling, redness and heat in a joint, pain after a fall or injury, fever with joint pain or pain that wakes you at night need a doctor's examination.
Updates and corrections
We review a page whenever a product's ingredients, price or safety information change, and update the date shown on the page.
If you spot an error, write to the email on the contact page with a link to the page and what is wrong. We check the source and correct the text.
