Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) is the company named in the details box above. Send any question about your data to the email in that box.
What data we collect
The order form collects your name and phone number. With each request we also record your IP address, the date and time, the page you came from and any advertising tags in the link, such as campaign UTM tags.
Your delivery address is given to the operator on the confirmation call. We never collect card numbers, bank account details, PINs or one-time passwords.
Why we use it
Your data is used to handle the order you asked for: the confirmation call, dispatch, delivery and any questions after it. The lawful bases under the NDPA are your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps needed to carry out the order you requested.
The IP address and advertising tags let us filter out fake requests and see which campaigns bring genuine orders. We do not build marketing profiles or make automated decisions about you, and we do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.
Who receives your data
Order data goes to the product's distributor in Nigeria, which makes the confirmation call and arranges dispatch, and to the courier that delivers your parcel. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the order.
The company that runs the site is based outside Nigeria, so your data may be processed abroad. Such transfers happen only with the safeguards the NDPA requires. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
Data from a completed order is kept while the order and any after-delivery questions are handled, and after that for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Data from requests that were never confirmed is deleted or anonymised once it has served its purpose.
Your rights under the NDPA
The Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to know how your data is used, to get a copy of it, to have wrong or outdated data corrected, to have data deleted once it is no longer needed and to object to its use, including for direct marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
Email your request to the address in the details box above and include the phone number you used on the form. If our reply does not settle the matter, you can lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Cookies
The site uses only the technical cookies the pages and the order form need to work. None of them track you for advertising.
