Delivery and payment
Updated:
How do I pay for my order?
You pay on delivery, once the parcel is in your hands. Nothing is paid in advance: no deposit, no transfer, on the site or over the phone.
How you can pay at the door depends on the courier that serves your area. The operator tells you on the call which payment methods the courier accepts and what the total is.

You send the form
On the product page you enter your name and phone number.
The operator calls
An operator from the distributor's order desk in Nigeria confirms the product, the quantity and your address, including your town, state and the nearest bus stop or landmark, and gives you the delivery time, the delivery charge and the total.
The parcel is dispatched
Once you confirm, the courier takes the parcel to your address in Nigeria and calls the number on the order before arriving.
You check and pay
You look over the parcel when it arrives and pay the total agreed on the call.

Questions about delivery and payment
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery time and charge depend on your town and state and on the product's distributor. The operator gives you both on the confirmation call, before you agree to the order, and the total you pay the courier is the one you heard on that call. Figures differ from one area to another, so the operator quotes them for your address.
Can I refuse the parcel at the door?
You can refuse it without paying anything, for example if the parcel is damaged, holds the wrong product or you have changed your mind. The parcel then goes back to the distributor. To save the courier a wasted trip, tell the operator in advance or write to the email on the contact page.
What if I am not at home when the courier comes?
The courier calls the phone number on your order before arriving and arranges another time if you are out. If you know you will be away, say so on the confirmation call and give another address in Nigeria, such as your office or shop, where someone can receive the parcel and pay for it.
Will anyone ask me to pay before delivery?
No payment is ever requested before the parcel reaches you. We never ask for a transfer, a deposit, a card number, a PIN or a one-time password, on the site or on the phone. If someone asks you to pay first in our name, do not send money and write to us at the email on the contact page.
