Placing an order
Sending the form is a request to order, not a purchase. An operator from the product's distributor in Nigeria calls you to confirm the product, the quantity, the price and your delivery address, and the order is placed only when you confirm it on that call.
The site is run by the company named on the contact page.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page, in naira (₦). Before you confirm, the operator tells you the total for your order, delivery charge included, and that total is what the courier collects. You pay on delivery; nothing is paid online or in advance. How the courier accepts payment is explained under Delivery and payment.
Delivery
The parcel is delivered to the address you confirmed on the call. Delivery time depends on your town and state, and the operator gives it to you before dispatch.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch: tell the operator or write to the email on the contact page. You can also refuse the parcel at the door without paying. After delivery, your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018 apply; see Returns and refunds.
Important notes on the products
Products in the catalogue are food supplements in capsules. They are not medicines, are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease and do not replace medical advice or treatment your doctor has prescribed.
Read the pack before use, keep to the stated dose and store products out of the reach of children. Do not use a product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication every day, ask your doctor before you start a supplement.
