About ErgoFisio

Updated:

An online catalog of products for joints

ErgoFisio is an online catalog of joint supplements: capsules taken daily as a course for stiff knees, hips, hands and back. Every product has its own page with the ingredients, the directions, who should skip it and the price in pesos.

We do not manufacture these products. We take your request and pass it to the product's official distributor in the Philippines, whose operator calls you, confirms the order and ships the parcel. The company that runs this site is named on the contact page.

How an order works, step by step

  1. The form

On the product page you enter your name and mobile number. Nothing is paid online, and no card, bank or GCash details are asked for.

  2. The call

An operator from the distributor's order desk calls you, confirms the product and quantity, takes down your full address with barangay, city or municipality, province and a nearby landmark, and answers questions about use.

  3. Delivery

A courier brings the parcel to the address you confirmed. The operator gives you the delivery time and charges on the call.

  4. Payment

You pay cash on delivery, once the parcel is in your hands. The full terms are under Delivery and payment.

How we choose the products we sell

A product enters the catalog when its full ingredient list is known, its pack can be matched against real photos and it can be paid for on delivery. For each one we publish the ingredients, the directions, who should avoid it and the price you pay at the door.

What we write about ingredients rests on sources anyone can check: published research on the substances and the brand's own product information. You will find no invented reviews, paid endorsements, crossed-out prices or countdown timers here. The rules we follow are set out in our editorial policy.

How to reach us

Write to info@ergofisio.com about an order, a product or your personal data. If your order is already confirmed, the fastest route is the operator who called you, because they have your order details on screen.

Changing your mind, a damaged parcel or a wrong item is covered under Returns and refunds.
