How to reach us
The company that runs ErgoFisio is named in the details box above, with its address, phone number and email. Write to that email about a product in our catalog, an order you placed or your personal data, complaints included. The company phone line handles the same questions.
For an order already in progress, the fastest route is the operator who called you. The operator has the product, the quantity and the address you confirmed.
What to put in your message
So we can find your order right away, include:
- The date you sent the order form
- The mobile number you ordered with
- The product and the quantity
- What you need: an update, a change, a cancellation or something else
Who calls you after you order
After you send the form, an operator from the order desk of the product's distributor in the Philippines calls you. The operator confirms the product, the quantity and your address, and tells you the delivery time and charges before anything ships.
Nobody from ErgoFisio or the distributor will ask for a GCash or Maya transfer, a card number, a one-time PIN or any advance payment, because you pay only on delivery. If someone asks you to pay first in our name, do not send money, and write to us.
Questions about contacting us
How do I check the status of my order?
Ask the operator who confirmed your order, or write to the email in the details box above with the date of your order and the mobile number you used on the form. We tell you whether the order is confirmed and pass your question to the distributor's order desk, which has the shipping details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Until the parcel ships, you can change the quantity or the address, or cancel free of charge: tell the operator or write to us with the mobile number on the order. After it ships, you can still refuse the parcel at the door without paying. Your other rights are under Returns and refunds.
Who do I contact about my personal data?
Write to the email in the details box above. We handle requests to access, correct, block or erase your data, to object to its use and to withdraw consent under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Give the mobile number you used on the form so we can find your records. Details are in our privacy policy.
