How we handle your personal data

Who is responsible for your data

The personal information controller for your data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) is the company named in the details box above. For any question about your data, write to the email in that box.

What data we collect

The order form collects your name and mobile number. With each request we also record the IP address, the date and time, the page you came from and any advertising tags in the link, such as a campaign's UTM tags.

You give your delivery address to the operator on the confirmation call. We never collect card numbers, bank details, GCash or Maya PINs, or one-time codes.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your data to handle the order you asked for: the confirmation call, shipping, delivery and any questions afterwards. Under Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act, the lawful bases are your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps needed to fulfil the order you requested.

The IP address and advertising tags help us filter out fake requests and see which campaigns bring orders. We do not build marketing profiles from your data, we make no automated decisions about you, and we do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18.

Who receives it

Order data goes to the product's official distributor in the Philippines, which makes the confirmation call and arranges shipping, and to the courier that delivers the parcel. Each receives only the data it needs for its part of the order.

The company that runs the site is based outside the Philippines, so your data is also processed abroad. It stays under the same protection: the controller remains accountable for data it shares with the distributor, the courier or its own service providers. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

Data from a completed order is kept while the order and any after-delivery questions are handled, then for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Data from requests that were never confirmed is deleted or anonymised once it has served its purpose.

Your rights as a data subject

Section 16 of the Data Privacy Act gives you the right to be informed about how your data is used, to object to its processing, to access it, to have errors corrected, and to have your data blocked or erased when it is inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer needed. You can also claim damages for harm caused by misuse, and withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to the email in the details box, with the mobile number you used on the form. If our answer does not settle the matter, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Cookies

The site uses only the technical cookies that the pages and the order form need to work. They do not track you for advertising.
