Orders and the confirmation call
Sending the form is a request to order, not yet a purchase. An operator from the product's official distributor in the Philippines calls you to confirm the product, the quantity, the price and the delivery address. The order is placed only when you confirm it on that call.
The site is run by the company named on the contact page.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page, in Philippine pesos (₱). Before you confirm, the operator tells you the total for your order, delivery charge included. You pay cash on delivery; nothing is paid online or in advance. What the courier accepts at your door is covered under Delivery and payment.
Delivery
A courier delivers the parcel to the address confirmed on the call. Delivery time depends on where you live, whether in Metro Manila or a province in Luzon, the Visayas or Mindanao, and the operator gives it before the parcel ships.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch: say so on the call or write to the email on the contact page. You can also refuse the parcel at the door without paying. After delivery, your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 apply; see Returns and refunds.
Important notes on the products
The capsules in the catalog are food supplements. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease and do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
Read the pack before use, follow the directions and keep products out of the reach of children. Do not use a product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take maintenance medicines, ask your doctor before starting a supplement.
