Delivery and payment
Updated:
How do I pay for my order?
You pay cash on delivery (COD), once the parcel is in your hands. Nothing is paid in advance, either on the site or over the phone.
Whether the courier also accepts e-wallets at the door depends on the courier serving your area. The operator tells you on the call which payment options you have and what the total is.

On the product page you enter your name and mobile number.
You get a call
An operator from the distributor's order desk confirms the product, the quantity and your address, including the barangay and a landmark, and tells you the delivery time, the shipping fee and the total.
The parcel ships
Once you confirm, a courier takes the parcel to your address anywhere the courier serves in the Philippines.
You check and pay
You check the parcel when it arrives and pay the total agreed on the call.

Questions about delivery and payment
How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?
Delivery time and the shipping fee depend on your city or province and on the product's distributor. The operator gives you both on the confirmation call, before you agree to the order, and the total you pay the courier is the one you heard on that call. Figures differ between Metro Manila and the provinces, so the operator quotes them for your address.
Can I refuse the parcel at the door?
You can refuse it without paying anything, for example if the parcel is damaged, holds the wrong product or you have changed your mind. The parcel then goes back to the distributor. To spare the courier a wasted trip, tell the operator in advance or write to the email on the contact page.
What if nobody is home when the courier comes?
The courier follows its own procedure for a second attempt and contacts you on the mobile number from your order. If you know you will be out, say so on the call and give another address in the Philippines, such as your office or a relative's house, where someone can receive the parcel and pay for it.
Can I pay with GCash or a card instead of cash?
Payment happens only at delivery, using the options the courier accepts in your area, and the operator tells you which ones on the call. We never ask for a card number, a one-time PIN or an advance GCash or Maya transfer, whether on the site or on the phone.
