Delivery and payment

Updated:

How do I pay for my order?

You pay only at delivery, once the parcel is in your hands. Nothing is paid beforehand, on the site or over the phone.

The ways you can pay depend on the courier that serves your area. On the call, the operator tells you the total and which payment methods the courier accepts.

From your order to your door

  1. You send the form

On the product page you type your name and phone number.

  2. The operator calls

An operator from the distributor's order desk in Ghana confirms the product, the quantity and your address, including your town, area and a landmark or GhanaPost GPS digital address, and gives you the delivery time, the delivery charge and the total.

  3. The parcel is dispatched

Once you confirm, a courier takes the parcel to your address in Ghana.

  4. You check and pay

You look over the parcel when it arrives and pay the total agreed on the call.

Questions about delivery and payment

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

The delivery time and charge depend on your region, your town and the product's distributor. The operator gives you both on the confirmation call, before you agree to the order, and the total you pay the courier is the one you heard on that call. Figures differ between areas, so the operator quotes them for your address.

Can I refuse the parcel when it arrives?

You can refuse it and pay nothing, for example if the parcel is damaged, holds the wrong product or you have changed your mind. The parcel then goes back to the distributor. To spare the courier a wasted trip, tell the operator beforehand or write to the email on the contact page.

What if I am not at home when the courier comes?

The courier calls the phone number on your order and arranges another attempt under its own rules. If you know you will be out, say so on the confirmation call and give another address in Ghana, such as your shop or workplace, where someone can receive the parcel and pay for it.

Can I pay with mobile money or a card?

That depends on the courier: you pay at delivery using the methods the courier accepts, and the operator names them on the call. We never ask for a card number, a mobile money PIN, a one-time code or a transfer in advance, whether on the site or on the phone.
