Who runs this site

ErgoFisio is run by the company named in the details box above, and that company is responsible for everything published here. For legal questions, use the contact details in the box or on the contact page.

Responsibility for the content

Product pages are written from the pack, the brand owner's product information and public sources on the ingredients. They give general information, not medical advice, and they do not take the place of a doctor's consultation.

If the ingredients or the directions on the pack you receive differ from the product page, follow the pack and tell us so we can correct the page. Our editorial policy explains how pages are written and checked.

How orders are placed and delivered

  1. Your request

You leave your name and phone number on the form. Sending it is a request to buy, and no payment is taken.

  2. Confirmation by phone

An operator from the distributor's order desk in Ghana calls you and confirms the product, the quantity, the address, the delivery time and the charge. The order is placed when you confirm it on that call.

  3. Delivery

A courier brings the parcel to the address you confirmed. Until dispatch you can change or cancel the order at no cost.

  4. Payment

You pay at delivery and can refuse the parcel without paying. Full terms are under Delivery and payment and Returns and refunds.

Intellectual property

Complaints and consumer disputes in Ghana

If something goes wrong with an order, write to the email in the details box above first, with the order date and the phone number you used. Settling it with us directly is the fastest way.

Your consumer rights for online purchases come from the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772). Section 53 applies the Act to goods supplied to consumers in Ghana whatever a contract says, and section 54 makes void any term that takes those rights away. A complaint about the quality or safety of a food supplement can go to the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA Ghana) through the complaint form on fdaghana.gov.gh. Your right to take a dispute to court is unaffected.
