Placing an order and the confirmation call
Sending the order form is a request to buy, not yet a purchase. An operator from the distributor of the product in Ghana calls you to confirm the product, the quantity, the price and the delivery address. The order is placed once you confirm it on that call.
The site is run by the company named on our contact page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Before you confirm, the operator tells you the total for your order, delivery charge included. You pay on delivery; nothing is paid online or in advance. The ways you can pay the courier are explained under Delivery and payment.
Delivery
A courier takes the parcel to the address confirmed on the call. Delivery time depends on your region and town, and the operator gives it to you before dispatch.
Cancelling and returning an order
You can cancel free of charge until the parcel is dispatched: tell the operator or write to the email on the contact page. You can also refuse the parcel at delivery and pay nothing. After delivery you have the right to cancel set out in the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772); the steps are under Returns and refunds.
Important notes on the products
Products in the catalogue are herbal food supplements in tablet form, swallowed with meals. They are not medicines, they are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, and they do not replace medical advice or treatment your doctor has prescribed.
Read the pack before use, keep to the dose confirmed on the call and store every jar in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Do not take a product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and people on daily medicine should check with a doctor before starting a supplement.
