Who calls you after you order
After you send the form, an operator from the order desk of the product’s distributor for Ireland calls you. The operator confirms the product, the number of packs and your address with Eircode, and gives you the delivery time and cost before the order is dispatched.
The operator never needs card details, codes or passwords, because you pay only on delivery. If anyone asks you to pay in advance in the name of ErgoFisio, do not pay and write to us.

How do I find out where my order is?
Ask the operator who confirmed your order, or write to the email address in the box above with the date of your order and the mobile number you used on the form. We tell you whether the order has been confirmed and pass your request to the distributor’s order desk, which holds the dispatch details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Until dispatch you can change the number of packs or the address, or cancel the order free of charge: tell the operator or write to us with the mobile number on the order. After dispatch you can refuse the parcel at the door without paying, or use your 14-day right to cancel described under Returns and refunds.
