How we handle your personal data

What data we collect
The order form collects your name and phone number. With each submission we record the IP address, the date and time, the page you came from and any advertising tags in the link, such as the UTM tags of a campaign.
You give your delivery address to the operator on the confirmation call. We do not collect card or bank details.
Why we use it
We use the data to handle your order: the confirmation call, dispatch, delivery and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR).
The IP address and advertising tags help us block fake orders and see which campaigns bring orders, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decisions or for marketing profiles.
Who receives it
Order data goes to the official distributor of the product for Ireland, which makes the confirmation call and arranges dispatch, and to the courier who delivers the parcel. Each receives only the data it needs for that task.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Data from an order is kept for as long as it takes to complete the order and deal with questions after delivery, then for the periods that tax and accounting law requires. Data from requests that were never confirmed is deleted once it no longer serves that purpose.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use these rights, write to info@ergofisio.com.
If you believe your data is being processed in breach of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission, the supervisory authority in Ireland.
