Who runs this site

ErgoFisio is run by the company named in the details box above, which is responsible for the content published here. For any legal question, use the contact details in that box or on the contact page.

Responsibility for content

Product pages describe food supplements based on the label, the brand owner’s description and public sources on the ingredients. They are not medical advice and do not replace a visit to your GP or a talk with your pharmacist.

If the ingredients or directions on the pack you receive differ from the product page, follow the pack and let us know so we can correct the page. How we write and check our pages is set out in our editorial policy.

How orders are made and fulfilled

  1. The request

You leave your name and mobile number on the form. Sending the form is a request to order, not a payment.

  2. The confirmation

An operator from the distributor’s order desk for Ireland calls you and confirms the product, the number of packs, the address, the delivery time and the delivery cost. The contract is made when you confirm the order on that call.

  3. Delivery

The parcel goes by courier or post to the address you confirmed. Until dispatch you can change or cancel the order free of charge.

  4. Payment

You pay on delivery and can refuse the parcel at the door without paying. The terms are under Delivery and payment and Returns and refunds.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and design of this site belong to the company that runs it. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission. Pack photos and product trade marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the product.

Complaints and consumer disputes

If something goes wrong with an order, write first to the email address in the box above with the date of the order and the mobile number you used. Sorting it out directly with us is the fastest route.

If our reply does not settle the matter, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) explains your rights and can act against traders who break consumer law. As the company is based in another EU country, European Consumer Centre Ireland can help with a cross-border complaint free of charge. You can also bring a claim through the small claims procedure of the District Court.
