Orders and the confirmation call
An order starts with the form on the product page: your name and phone number. Sending the form is a request to order. The contract is made when you confirm the product, the number of packs and the address by phone with the operator of the official distributor for Ireland.
If the operator cannot reach you, they call again. An order that is never confirmed is not dispatched.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page: €49 a pack of Artroflex Active. The operator repeats the total, with the number of packs, on the confirmation call.
Payment is on delivery; the operator confirms the payment details on the call. No payment is taken on this site.
Delivery
The courier delivers to the address you confirmed by phone. The operator gives you the delivery time on the call. If you are out when the courier calls, the courier follows its own procedure for a second attempt.
Cancelling and your consumer rights
You can cancel an order free of charge before dispatch by telling the operator or writing to info@ergofisio.com. Your rights as a consumer for distance contracts under Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, are not affected.

Artroflex Active is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, it is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it does not replace advice from your GP or the services of the HSE. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet.
