Delivery and payment
Updated:
How you pay
You pay only on delivery, once the parcel is in your hands. There is no payment in advance, either on the site or on the phone.
The ways you can pay at the door depend on the courier. The operator tells you on the call how you can pay and what the total is.
From order to your door
You send the form
On the product page you leave your name and mobile number.
You get a call
An operator from the distributor’s order desk for Ireland confirms the product, the number of packs and your address with Eircode, and tells you the delivery time, the delivery cost and the total.
The order is dispatched
Once you confirm, the parcel goes by courier or post to your address in Ireland.
You check and pay
You check the parcel on arrival and pay the total agreed on the call.

Questions about delivery and payment
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery time and cost depend on your address and on the product’s distributor. The operator tells you both on the confirmation call, before you agree to the order, and the total you pay the courier is the one you heard on that call. That is why we do not publish fixed figures.
Can I refuse the parcel at the door?
You can refuse it without paying anything, for example if the parcel is damaged, holds the wrong product or you have changed your mind. The parcel goes back to the distributor. To save the courier a trip, tell the operator in advance or write to the email address on the contact page.
What if I am not at home when the courier comes?
The courier follows its own procedure for another attempt. If you know you will be out, say so on the call and agree another address in Ireland, such as your workplace, where someone can take the parcel and pay for it.
Can I pay by card?
That depends on the courier: you pay on delivery using the methods the courier accepts, and the operator tells you which ones on the call. We never ask for card details, codes or advance transfers, whether on the site or on the phone.
