About ErgoFisio

A catalogue of joint creams and supplements
ErgoFisio is an online catalogue of products for joints: creams and gels to rub into a sore spot, and capsules for a daily course. Each product has its own page with the ingredients, the directions, who should not use it and the price.
ErgoFisio does not make these products. We take your request and pass it to the product's official distributor in Kenya. The distributor's operator calls you, confirms the order and sends the parcel.
The site is run by the company named on the contact page.
How an order works
The form
On the product page you enter your name and mobile number. Nothing is paid online, and no card or mobile money details are asked for.
The call
An operator from the distributor's order desk calls you, confirms the product and quantity, takes down your delivery address with the town and a nearby landmark, and answers questions about use.
Delivery
A courier brings the parcel to the address you confirmed. The operator gives you the delivery time and charges on the call.
Payment
You pay on delivery. The operator tells you the total and how the courier accepts payment.
How we choose products
A product joins the catalogue when its pack can be matched against real photos, it is sold through an official distributor in Kenya and it can be paid for on delivery. For each product we publish the ingredients, the directions, who should avoid it and the price you pay.
Statements about ingredients rest on sources anyone can check: published studies on the substances and the brand's own product information. There are no invented reviews, paid endorsements, crossed-out prices or countdown timers in our catalogue. How we write and check pages is set out in our editorial policy.
How to reach us
Write to the email on the contact page with questions about an order, a product or your personal data. If your order is already placed, the quickest route is the operator who called you: they have your order details in front of them.
Delivery terms are under Delivery and payment, and cancelling and refunds under Returns and refunds.
