Orders and the confirmation call
Sending the form is a request to order, not yet a purchase. An operator from the product's official distributor in Kenya calls you to confirm the product, the quantity, the price and the delivery address. The order is placed only once you confirm it on that call.
The site is run by the company named on the contact page.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page, in Kenya shillings (KSh). Before you confirm, the operator tells you the total for your order, including any delivery charge. You pay on delivery, and nothing is paid online or in advance. How you can pay at the door is covered under Delivery and payment.
Delivery
A courier delivers the parcel to the address confirmed on the call. The delivery time depends on your town and county, and the operator gives it before dispatch.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch: say so on the call or write to the email on the contact page. You can also refuse the parcel at the door without paying. After delivery, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 apply; see Returns and refunds.
Important notes on the products
Creams and gels in the catalogue are cosmetics for external use; capsules are food supplements. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease and do not replace medical advice or prescribed treatment.
Read the pack before use, keep to the directions and store products out of the reach of children. Do not use a product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, and do not apply creams to broken skin. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medicines every day, ask your doctor before starting a supplement.
