An operator from the distributor's order desk in Kenya calls you and confirms the product, the quantity, the address, the delivery time and the charges. The order is placed when you confirm it on that call.
A courier brings the parcel to the address you confirmed. Until dispatch you can change or cancel the order free of charge.
You pay on delivery and can refuse the parcel at the door without paying. The terms are under Delivery and payment and Returns and refunds.
