Delivery and payment

Last updated:

How do I pay for my order?

You pay only on delivery, once the parcel is in your hands. Nothing is paid in advance, either on the site or over the phone.

How you can pay at the door depends on the courier serving your area. The operator tells you on the call which payment methods the courier accepts and what the total is.

From order to your door

  1. You send the form

On the product page you enter your name and mobile number.

  2. You get a call

An operator from the distributor's order desk in Kenya confirms the product, the quantity and your address, including the town and a nearby landmark, and tells you the delivery time, the delivery charge and the total.

  3. The parcel is dispatched

Once you confirm, a courier takes the parcel to your address in Kenya.

  4. You check and pay

You check the parcel when it arrives and pay the total agreed on the call.

Questions about delivery and payment

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery time and charges depend on your town and county and on the product's distributor. The operator gives you both on the confirmation call, before you agree to the order, and the total you pay the courier is the one you heard on that call. Figures differ from one area to another, so the operator quotes them for your address.

Can I refuse the parcel at the door?

You can refuse it without paying anything, for example if the parcel is damaged, holds the wrong product or you have changed your mind. The parcel then goes back to the distributor. To save the courier a wasted trip, tell the operator in advance or write to the email on the contact page.

What if I am not at home when the courier comes?

The courier follows its own procedure for a second attempt and reaches you on the mobile number from your order. If you know you will be out, say so on the call and give another address in Kenya, such as your workplace, where someone can receive the parcel and pay for it.

Can I pay by mobile money or card?

That depends on the courier: you pay on delivery using the methods the courier accepts, and the operator tells you which ones on the call. We never ask for a card number, a mobile money PIN, a one-time code or an advance transfer, whether on the site or on the phone.
