Perfect X Cream comes in a white matt jar with a white lid, a strip of coloured segments across the label and 'Perfectx' in black letters, with 'Collagen, Vitamin K2 & MSM' and '30g' on the front.
The label design, the words 'Intensive Concentrate Cream' and the style of the ingredient panel look much like the American cream Penetrex. They are different products from different companies, and Penetrex reviews and studies do not describe Perfect X Cream. The Kenyan distributor sends the 30 g Perfectx jar.
Perfect X Cream reviews: is it a scam?
Perfect X Cream is judged in the first minutes of a session: the massage, the cool peppermint feel on the joint and how it moves afterwards. Useful reviews say which joint it was, how often the cream went on and for how many days.
In the Philippines, the fact-checking site VERA Files reported on 19 May 2023 that Facebook adverts for Perfectx joint cream used photos of two well-known doctors without their consent, a health ministry logo and a forged FDA certificate; the cream had no FDA Philippines registration. Perfect X Cream carries no doctor's or ministry endorsement, and any advert that shows one is fake.
In Kenya, the Pharmacy and Poisons Board lists no safety alert about Perfect X Cream (checked on 25 September 2026). Buyers abroad have complained about small jars and lids without a seal. With pay on delivery you see the jar and its lid before any money changes hands.

Perfect X Cream is for external use on intact skin. Its peppermint and tea tree oils are strong for sensitive skin, so keep to these rules.
