What we publish
We publish pages on joint creams and supplements sold with payment on delivery. Each page answers the questions people ask before ordering: what the product is, what is in it, how to use it, who should avoid it and what it costs.
Where our information comes from
Every product page starts from a product file built from:
- The pack and photos of the real product
- The description and ingredient list published by the brand owner
- Monographs of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and opinions of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) on the ingredients
- Reviews and trials on single ingredients, indexed in PubMed and the Cochrane Library
How we check facts
Every statement about an ingredient has a public source that anyone can look up. Studies cover single substances, not the finished product, and the product page says so in plain words.
We follow notices from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) and the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS). If either issues a warning about a product in our catalogue or one of its ingredients, the product page reports it.
What you will not find in our catalogue
- Made-up customer reviews
- Star ratings
- Doctors or experts who do not exist
- Crossed-out prices and countdown timers
- Promises of a cure
Updates and corrections
We review a page whenever a product's ingredients, price or safety information change, and we update the review date shown with it.
If you spot an error, write to the email on the contact page with a link to the page and what is wrong. We check the source and correct the text.
Information, not a diagnosis
Our pages help you choose a product; they do not diagnose or treat any disease. If joint pain lasts for weeks, gets worse, or comes with swelling, redness or fever, see a doctor before choosing any product.
