Glucosamine
The best-studied joint-supplement ingredient. It is commonly made from shellfish shells, which matters if you have a shellfish allergy.
Bioforce is a joint supplement in capsules that puts glucosamine, MSM and collagen together with three plant extracts: boswellia, turmeric and ginger. You take one capsule twice a day after meals, so a jar of 30 lasts 15 days. A jar costs KSh 6,750, and you pay the courier when it arrives.
Bioforce is a food supplement in capsules for adults over 40 whose knees, hips or lower back feel stiff and sore. Each capsule combines glucosamine, the classic joint-supplement compound, with MSM, collagen and extracts of boswellia, turmeric and ginger. Bioforce is swallowed twice a day as a course, so it reaches every joint at once instead of one spot.
Bioforce suits people who feel stiffness in more than one place: getting out of bed, climbing stairs, standing up after a long matatu ride. A cream works where you rub it; a capsule works from the inside and is judged over weeks of daily use. Bioforce is a supplement and is taken alongside any treatment you already follow.

Bioforce works through digestion: the capsule dissolves in the stomach, and its compounds travel in the blood to all your joints. The formula is built on one idea, a joint compound backed by three plant extracts that have each been tested in knee osteoarthritis, with MSM and collagen alongside.
Glucosamine is the most researched joint-supplement ingredient. Glucosamine sulfate was tested in knee osteoarthritis in a trial that followed patients for three years, which is why it sits at the centre of the Bioforce formula.
Boswellia serrata is the resin of the Indian frankincense tree. A standardised boswellia extract lowered knee pain in a controlled trial in osteoarthritis, and it is the first of the three plants in Bioforce.
Turmeric extract and ginger extract have each been tested in people with knee osteoarthritis; in the ginger trial, pain dropped moderately. Bioforce puts both roots in the same capsule as boswellia, so one daily routine covers all three.
MSM is an organic sulphur compound studied in a pilot trial for knee pain. Collagen is the main structural protein of cartilage and tendons. Bioforce adds both to the plant extracts to round off the formula.
Bioforce contains six actives: glucosamine, boswellia, turmeric, ginger, MSM and collagen. These six appear both in the Supplement Facts panel on the jar and in the distributor's product description. The distributor's description runs to 12 items and Kenyan shops print other versions; if you want the full panel of your batch, the operator reads it out on the call.

Indian frankincense, a traditional joint herb. Its boswellic acids are the part researchers measure.
The yellow root that gives curcumin, tested as an extract for knee pain.
Tested as an extract in knee osteoarthritis, where it gave a moderate drop in pain.
An organic source of sulphur, studied for knee pain in a pilot trial.
The structural protein of cartilage, tendons and skin. The source animal is not stated, so anyone allergic to fish or beef should ask the operator first.
Bioforce is taken as one capsule twice a day after meals, with water. At that dose a jar of 30 capsules lasts 15 days, and the standard 30-day course takes two jars. For long-standing pain the distributor suggests 60 to 90 days, and the operator helps you work out how many jars that means.
Swallow one Bioforce capsule whole with a glass of water.
Take the second capsule after your evening meal, at about the same time each day.
Two capsules a day for 30 days is two jars. Order them together so the course does not stop halfway while you wait for a delivery.
Note how your knees feel on the stairs and when you first get up in the morning, in the first week and again at the end of each jar. That is how a capsule course is judged.
Leave your name and mobile number. The operator calls back to confirm how many jars you need and where to bring them, and you pay KSh 6,750 a jar to the courier when the parcel is in your hands.
Bioforce costs KSh 6,750 for a jar of 30 capsules. At two capsules a day the jar lasts 15 days, which works out at KSh 450 a day; the 30-day course of two jars comes to KSh 13,500.
Bioforce is ordered through the operator of the official distributor. You fill in the form with your name and number, the operator calls to confirm the order, and a courier brings the jar to your door.
Nothing is paid upfront. The form asks for no card or account details, and the operator tells you the total, the delivery time for your town and how the courier takes payment before the parcel is sent.
The Bioforce sold here is a white jar of 30 capsules with a blue and green label and a gold shield logo. The Bioforce cream found in Kenyan chemists is a different product: a 35 g arnica cream from the Swiss herbal brand A.Vogel (Bioforce AG), which also sells a milk thistle remedy under that name. A Bioforce joint gel advertised in Kenya is a separate product too.
When the operator calls, check two details: you are getting a jar of 30 capsules, and the dose is one capsule twice a day after meals. Those two facts tell you it is the Bioforce joint capsule.
Bioforce is a capsule course, so it is judged over weeks rather than hours: by how stiff you feel getting out of bed, how the stairs go and how soon a knee settles after a walk. A review worth trusting says how many weeks the person took Bioforce, at what dose, and which joint changed.
The Pharmacy and Poisons Board lists no safety alert about Bioforce, and the Kenya Bureau of Standards has published no notice on it (both checked on 25 September 2026). A search for complaints and fact-checks about Bioforce capsules on the same date found none.
The Bioforce label mixes English with a few Spanish words, such as 'Unguento corporal', which means body ointment, yet the jar holds capsules. Read any advert that promises the pain will vanish for good, or shows a doctor or a celebrity, as advertising. With pay on delivery you see the jar before any money changes hands.
Bioforce is for adults. It contains glucosamine and collagen, which matter for people with shellfish, fish or beef allergies, and glucosamine, turmeric and ginger can interact with blood thinners, so a few groups need care before the first capsule.
The Bioforce dose is one capsule twice a day, after breakfast and after supper, with water. At that dose a jar of 30 capsules lasts 15 days, and the standard 30-day course takes two jars. The operator confirms the dose and the number of jars on the call before anything is sent.
Bioforce is judged over a course, not a day. The standard course is 30 days, two jars at KSh 6,750 each; for long-standing pain the distributor suggests 60 to 90 days. Compare how your knees feel on the stairs and in the morning at the start and at the end of each jar.
Bioforce contains glucosamine, together with MSM, collagen, boswellia, turmeric and ginger. Chondroitin appears in some sellers' descriptions but is not among the six actives that the jar and the distributor both name. If chondroitin matters to you, ask the operator to read out the Supplement Facts panel of the batch you will receive.
Bioforce capsules are ordered through the operator of the official distributor and delivered by courier, with payment on delivery. Products on chemist shelves under the Bioforce name are creams and herbal remedies from another brand. To be sure you get the joint capsules, check that the order is a jar of 30 capsules taken twice a day.
You pay for Bioforce when the parcel reaches you: KSh 6,750 a jar, with nothing charged when you send the form. Before dispatch the operator calls to confirm your address, the number of jars and the total, and explains how the courier accepts payment in your town.

One jar of 30 capsules covers 15 days at one capsule twice a day, so a 30-day course takes two jars at KSh 6,750 each. Leave your name and number, the operator confirms the order, and you pay the courier on delivery.
