About ErgoFisio
Updated:
Who we are
ErgoFisio is an online catalogue of joint care capsules and tablets for customers in Pakistan. Each product has its own page with its ingredients, how to take it, the course length and the price.
We do not make these products. We select them, describe them from the brand's own information and pass your order to the product's distributor in Pakistan. The site is run by the company named on the contact page.
How an order works
You fill in the form
Your name and mobile number on the product page are all we ask for.
The operator calls
An operator from the distributor's order desk confirms the product, the number of packs, your address and the total.
The courier delivers
The parcel is sent to the address you gave on the call.
You pay on delivery
You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands. There is no advance payment.
How we choose joint care products
A product enters the catalogue when we can describe it from real information: the brand's ingredient list, usage instructions and pack size, plus photos of the actual pack. Where the brand has not published the full composition, the product page says what is known and what to ask the operator.
For individual ingredients we rely on published reviews and official monographs, never on invented reviews, star ratings or doctors. Our editorial policy explains how pages are researched and corrected.
Delivery, payment and returns
Delivery charges and timing depend on your city and are given by the operator before you confirm. The full process is on the delivery and payment page.
You can cancel before dispatch or refuse the parcel at the door without paying. What to do with a damaged or wrong product is on the returns and refunds page.
How to reach us
Write to the email address shown in the site footer or on the contact page. Include the mobile number you used for the order, and we will find it quickly.
