Email is the fastest way to reach us. Use the address in the details box above for questions about a product, the status or changes of an order, and your personal data.
The phone number in the same box belongs to the company that runs the site. For a quick change to a fresh order, it is easier to tell the operator who calls you to confirm it.
What to include in your email
With these details we can find your order without asking again:
- The date you sent the order form
- The mobile number you entered on the form
- The product name and the number of packs
- Your question or the change you need
Who calls you after you order
After you send the form, an operator from the order desk of the product's distributor in Pakistan calls the number you gave. The operator confirms the product, the quantity, the delivery address and the total.
The operator never asks for a card number, a bank PIN or a one-time code. If someone does, end the call and write to us.
Common questions about orders and data
How can I check the status of my order?
Write to the email in the details box above with the date of your order and the mobile number you used on the form. We pass the request to the distributor's order desk and reply with where your parcel is. If you have not had a confirmation call yet, say so, and the operator will call again.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the parcel has not been dispatched. Tell the operator on the confirmation call, or email us with your order date and mobile number. You can change the product, the number of packs or the address, or cancel the order completely, at no cost.
How do I ask about my personal data?
Email the address in the details box above with the mobile number you used on the order form. You can ask which data we hold, have wrong details corrected, have your data deleted or ask us to stop calling you. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
