Delivery and payment
Updated:
How do I pay for my order?
You pay on delivery, once the parcel is in your hands. Nothing is paid in advance, on the site or over the phone.
How you can pay at the door depends on the courier that serves your area. The operator tells you on the call how the courier accepts payment and what the total is.
From the order form to your door
You send the form
On the product page you enter your name and mobile number.
The operator calls
An operator from the distributor's order desk in Pakistan confirms the product, the number of packs and your full address: house number, street, area, city and a nearby landmark. You hear the delivery time, the delivery charge and the total.
The parcel is dispatched
Once you confirm, the courier takes the parcel to your address.
You check and pay
You look over the parcel when it arrives and pay the total agreed on the call.

Questions about delivery and payment
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Both depend on your city and on the courier that serves it. The operator quotes the delivery time and charge on the confirmation call, before you agree to the order, and the total you pay at the door is the total you heard on that call. Delivery to a large city and to a smaller town can differ.
Can I refuse the parcel at the door?
Yes, and you pay nothing. You can refuse it if the parcel is damaged, holds the wrong product or you have changed your mind. The parcel then goes back to the distributor. If you already know you will refuse it, tell the operator or write to the email on the contact page so the courier is not sent for nothing.
What if I am not at home when the courier comes?
The courier calls the mobile number from your order to arrange another attempt. If you know you will be out, say so on the confirmation call and give another address in Pakistan, such as your office or a relative's house, where someone can receive the parcel and pay for it.
Will anyone ask me for a card number or an advance payment?
Nobody will. The order is paid on delivery, and the operator confirms on the call how the courier in your area accepts payment. Nobody from the order desk asks for a card number, a bank PIN, a one-time code or an advance transfer. If you get such a request, do not share anything and write to us.
