Returns, refunds and cancellation

Your rights as a consumer
Your rights under the consumer protection law of your province, such as the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005 or the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014, apply to every order. These terms add to those rights and never limit them.
Because you pay only on delivery, you see the parcel before any money changes hands. That gives you two simple ways out: cancel before dispatch, or refuse the parcel at the door.
Cancelling before the parcel arrives
You can cancel or change your order free of charge until it is dispatched. Tell the operator on the confirmation call, or write to the email in the details box on the contact page with your order date and the mobile number you used.
After dispatch you can still refuse the parcel when the courier arrives. You pay nothing, and the parcel goes back to the distributor.
What to do if the product is damaged or wrong
Check at the door
If the parcel is open, damaged or holds the wrong product, refuse it and do not pay. This is the quickest fix.
Found a problem later?
Write to the email on the contact page as soon as you notice it. Give the order date, your mobile number, the product name and a photo of the pack.
We agree the solution
We check the order with the distributor and offer a replacement or a refund of the amount you paid. Because you paid in cash, a refund is sent by bank transfer or another method we agree with you.
Can an opened product be returned?
For hygiene reasons, a pack that has been opened after delivery cannot be resold, so it is not taken back simply because you changed your mind. A product that is damaged, wrong or not as described is always handled under the steps above, opened or not.
If you are not satisfied with our answer
Write to us first: most problems are solved by email within a few messages. If the matter is still open, you can take it to the consumer court or consumer protection authority of your province. The legal notice lists the laws that apply.
