What we publish and how
Every product page starts from a research file on that product: the brand's ingredient list, pack size, usage instructions and real photos of the pack. A fact that is not in the file does not go on the page.
Pages are written for people in Pakistan who look for relief from stiff or aching joints and want to know exactly what they are ordering, how to use it and what it costs.
Sources we use
For products and for individual ingredients we use:
- The brand's own descriptions, labels and pack information
- Official herbal monographs of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and scientific opinions of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)
- Systematic reviews in PubMed and the Cochrane Library for individual substances such as glucosamine or collagen
- Notices and alerts of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP)
How we check facts
Amounts, course lengths and prices are checked against the brand's information and our product records before a page goes live. Research on a single ingredient is described as research on that ingredient, not on a finished product.
We search for regulator warnings and complaints about each product. When we find one, we report it on the product page in plain words.
What you will never find here
- Invented customer reviews, names or photos
- Star ratings or percentages of satisfied buyers
- Doctors or celebrities endorsing a product
- Countdown timers, crossed-out prices or fake stock limits
Updates and corrections
Each page shows the date of its last update. We revise a page when a brand changes its formula, pack or price, or when new research or a regulator notice appears.
Spotted an error? Write to the email in the site footer with the page address and what needs fixing. We check every report and correct the page.
Health information and your doctor
Our pages explain how products and their ingredients work; they are not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Joint pain after an injury, a hot or swollen joint, or pain with fever needs a doctor's examination before any product.
