How an order is placed
Sending the form on a product page is a request, not yet a purchase. The order is agreed on the call, when the distributor's operator confirms the product, the number of packs, your address and the total, and you say yes.
The site is run by the company named on the contact page. The distributor's order desk handles the call and the dispatch.
Price and payment
The price of each product is on its page and on its catalogue card, in Pakistani rupees. The operator tells you any delivery charge before you confirm, so the total you pay is the one agreed on the call.
Payment is on delivery only: you pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands. We never ask for an advance transfer or card details. Details are on the delivery and payment page.
Delivery
Parcels are delivered to addresses in Pakistan. The delivery time and charge depend on your city, and the operator gives both on the call. If the courier cannot reach you, it contacts you on the mobile number from your order.
Cancelling and returns
You can change or cancel your order free of charge before dispatch, by telling the operator or writing to the email on the contact page. You can also refuse the parcel at the door and pay nothing.

What our products are
The catalogue sells dietary supplements in capsules and tablets, as stated on each product page. They are not medicines, are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure a disease, and do not replace a doctor's advice or prescribed treatment.
Use each product as its page and pack describe, keep it away from children and do not exceed the stated daily amount.
