Who we are
ErgoFisio is an online catalogue of joint care products. Each product has its own page with the ingredients, the directions, the length of a course and the price in shillings, so you can decide at home before anyone calls you.
We do not make these products. Your order goes to the brand's distributor in Uganda, whose order desk calls you, packs the parcel and hands it to the courier. The site is run by the operator shown on our contact page.
How an order works
You send the form
Your name and mobile number are all we ask for. Nothing is paid at this point.
The operator calls
An operator from the distributor's order desk calls back to confirm the product, the quantity, your address, the delivery time and the total.
The courier delivers
The parcel travels to the address you confirmed on the call.
You pay on delivery
You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands. Details are on the delivery and payment page.
How we choose the products we list
A product joins the catalogue when its brand publishes a full ingredients list, clear directions and a fixed price for Uganda. We read the brand's own description and compare each ingredient with published reference works before we write the page.
Every page has the same order: what the product is, what is inside, how to use it, who should check with a professional first, and what it costs. If you want to send something back, the rules are on the returns page.
How to reach us
Write to the email address in the footer of every page. Tell us the date of the order and the phone number you used, and we will find it. The full company details are on the contact page.
