Placing an order
Sending the form is a request, not a purchase. The order exists once an operator from the distributor's order desk calls you and you confirm the product, the quantity, the delivery address and the total. The site is run by the operator shown on the contact page.
Price and payment
The price in Uganda shillings is on each product card. The operator names the delivery charge on the call, before you agree to anything. You pay when the parcel is handed to you, with nothing paid in advance. More on the delivery and payment page.
Delivery
We deliver within Uganda. The operator confirms on the call whether the courier reaches your address, how long it takes and what it costs. Check the parcel when it arrives; if it is damaged or not what you ordered, you can refuse it and pay nothing.
Cancelling and returns
You can change or cancel the order free of charge until it is sent: tell the operator or write to the email in the footer. After delivery, the Electronic Transactions Act, 2011 gives you seven days to cancel. The steps and the refund rules are on the returns page.
What the products are
The products in the catalogue are cosmetic creams for external use on the skin. They are not medicines. They are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any disease and do not replace medical care. Follow the directions and the warnings for each product.
