How to reach us

For an order that is in progress, the fastest route is the operator who called you: they have the product, the number of jars and the address you confirmed in front of them.
What to write in your message

Who calls you after you order
After you send the form, an operator from the order desk of the product’s distributor in India calls you. The operator confirms the product, the number of jars and your address with PIN code, and tells you the delivery time and charges before the order is dispatched.
Nobody from ErgoFisio or the distributor needs your OTP, UPI PIN, card details or passwords, because you pay only on delivery. If anyone asks you to pay in advance in the name of ErgoFisio, do not pay and write to us.
Questions about contacting us
How do I check the status of my order?
Ask the operator who confirmed your order, or write to the email in the box above with the date of your order and the mobile number you used on the form. We tell you whether the order has been confirmed and pass your request to the distributor’s order desk, which has the dispatch details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Until dispatch you can change the number of jars or the address, or cancel the order free of charge: tell the operator or write to us with the mobile number on the order. After dispatch you can refuse the parcel at the door without paying. Your other rights are described under Returns and refunds.
Who do I contact about my personal data?
Write to the email in the box above. We handle requests to access, correct, complete or erase your data and to withdraw consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Mention the mobile number you used on the form so we can find your data. Details are in our privacy policy.
