Glucosamine
An amino sugar the body uses to build cartilage.
Jonitas is a joint support formula in capsules for adults whose knees and joints ache and stiffen. The brand pairs cartilage nutrients such as glucosamine and chondroitin with turmeric and boswellia, two Ayurvedic herbs used against inflammation. A jar of 30 capsules costs ₹2,490, and you pay when the parcel arrives.
Jonitas is a joint support supplement sold in jars of 30 capsules and taken daily as a course of 4–8 weeks by adults with knee and joint pain and stiffness. By the brand's description, it combines cartilage nutrients with turmeric and boswellia. Unlike a painkiller or a massage oil, Jonitas works as a daily course.
Adults take Jonitas when knees ache on the stairs or after a long walk, or when fingers are stiff first thing in the morning. One capsule reaches every joint through the blood, the knee as much as the fingers.

The Jonitas sold through ErgoFisio is a jar of 30 capsules. Searches for Jonitas also show products with close names from other makers: Erolabs JONITAS, a 60-capsule jar with a different herbal formula that includes ginger, and JOINTAS.
Search suggestions add 'Jonitas Patanjali', 'Auromedic Jonitas' and 'Jonitas oil'. None of these is the Jonitas we sell, which comes only as capsules, with no oil version.
Jonitas works from the inside: the capsules are digested and the ingredients pass into the blood. The formula has two groups of ingredients with two jobs.
Curcumin from turmeric suppresses the NF-κB inflammation pathway, which switches on messengers such as TNF-α and IL-6. Boswellia inhibits the 5-LOX enzyme. These anti-inflammatory ingredients target the ache, swelling and morning stiffness.
Glucosamine, chondroitin and type II collagen are natural parts of cartilage, the smooth layer over the ends of the bones. Hyaluronic acid thickens the joint fluid.
Jonitas builds its effect with a capsule every day, so it is taken for 4–8 weeks, not only on days when the knee hurts. The brand estimates the first changes at 2–4 weeks.
Boswellia extract has been tested in randomised trials in knee osteoarthritis, and curcumin in studies of joint inflammation: that is why both herbs go into joint formulas such as Jonitas.
By the brand's description, Jonitas combines seven ingredients: glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, type II collagen, hyaluronic acid, boswellia and turmeric (curcumin). The exact composition is on your jar's label.
An amino sugar the body uses to build cartilage.
Keeps cartilage springy under load.
Methylsulfonylmethane supplies sulphur for chondroitin and for the connective tissue of ligaments and tendons.
The protein that gives joint cartilage its structure.
Gives synovial fluid, the lubricant inside the joint, its slippery thickness.
A tree resin used in Ayurveda for joint aches.
Curcumin is the yellow active compound; supplements use it as an extract far stronger than kitchen haldi.
Jonitas ingredient lists differ because the name is promoted by many websites, and each prints its own version. We found at least five different formulas for Jonitas online: cartilage nutrients on one site, purely Ayurvedic herb blends on others, and one version described as made 'with cow ghee and cow milk'.
Amazon.in describes Jonitas as 'traditional Ayurvedic herbs' without a full list, and one review site admits that the exact list is not disclosed. None of these sources gives milligrams per capsule.
To check your own jar, ask the operator on the call to read out the ingredient list, then compare it with the label when the parcel arrives.
Jonitas is taken 1–2 capsules a day after meals, as the label directs, for a course of 4–8 weeks. The operator confirms the dose on the order call.
Swallow one capsule whole with water after breakfast, or one after breakfast and one after dinner.
A jar of 30 capsules lasts a month at one capsule a day and 15 days at two. A course therefore needs one to two jars at one capsule a day, or two to four jars at two.
Take Jonitas for at least 4 weeks before judging it, and note how the stairs and the first steps of the morning feel.
Jonitas works alongside walking, knee exercises and the painkillers you have been prescribed. Carry on with all three during the course.
Leave your name and mobile number. An operator from the official distributor calls back to confirm the dose, the number of jars and your address, and you pay ₹2,490 a jar when the parcel arrives.
Jonitas costs ₹2,490 a jar through ErgoFisio: one price, with no crossed-out 'MRP'. At one capsule a day that is ₹83 a day, and a course of two jars costs ₹4,980.
Review sites that promote Jonitas print 'MRP ₹4,980, 50% off' and arrive at the same ₹2,490: their 'MRP' of one jar is the price of a two-jar course. Other sellers quote MRPs of ₹3,499, ₹5,000 and even ₹9,960, with 'discounts' from 31 to 89 per cent. A discount that never ends is a sales device; the price you pay is what counts.
Jonitas is sold online in India: on Amazon.in and Flipkart, on IndiaMART and TradeIndia through trade sellers, and through ErgoFisio with pay on delivery. No online chemist appeared in Google results for Jonitas when we checked.

Marketplace prices change from day to day; the ₹2,490 price of Jonitas through ErgoFisio stays the same and is confirmed on the call.
Jonitas is promoted online by a group of near-identical review sites that repeat the same text and the same 'MRP ₹4,980'. One of them shows an 'MD' reviewer and 'verified buyer' reviews that cannot be traced to real people, and a 'buyer review' on another talks about a different product altogether. No warning about Jonitas from CDSCO or FSSAI turned up when we checked.
An ErgoFisio order of Jonitas can be checked step by step: no doctors or celebrities, one price of ₹2,490 with no countdown, an operator's call before dispatch, and payment when the parcel is in your hands. Ask the operator to read out the ingredient list and licence number. If the answers do not satisfy you, cancel on the call and nothing is sent.
Jonitas buyer reviews on Amazon.in fall into two groups: some buyers write that knee pain eased after about 15 days and order again, others saw no change. The brand's own estimate for first changes is 2–4 weeks, and the full course runs 4–8 weeks.
Given how turmeric and boswellia act, the morning is where a change shows first: less joint stiffness on getting up and easier first steps on the stairs. The ache after a long walk and swelling in the evening follow. Plan Jonitas as a course of two jars or more and judge it at the end.
A genuine review names the dose, the weeks taken and a small detail, such as capsule size or the delivery. Paid reviews repeat the same sentences across sites and end with a discount link.
The side effects of Jonitas ingredients are mild stomach upset and allergy, and turmeric and glucosamine interact with some medicines.

Jonitas joint support capsules, jar of 30
Two checks protect a Jonitas order: one on the operator's call and one at your door.
Sellers use both words for the same Jonitas jar, and one trade listing even says '30 tablets'. The Jonitas sold through ErgoFisio comes as capsules, 30 to a jar, and the operator confirms on the call that this is the jar you are ordering.
Check the Jonitas jar label for a licence number: an FSSAI number applies to a health supplement, an AYUSH licence to an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine. The websites selling Jonitas do not publish a number, so ask the operator to read it out on the call and compare it with the jar when it arrives.
Jonitas works alongside other treatment. Calcium tablets serve bone density, painkillers relieve a flare within hours, and knee replacement surgery is a decision about a badly worn joint. Keep taking what has been prescribed and add Jonitas as a daily course.
Amazon.in lists Jonitas as an 'Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine'. By the brand's description, Jonitas combines two Ayurvedic herbs, boswellia (shallaki) and turmeric (haldi), with cartilage nutrients such as glucosamine and chondroitin. ErgoFisio sells Jonitas as a joint support supplement.
The delivery time for Jonitas depends on your PIN code, and the operator gives it on the confirmation call. Payment is on delivery (COD): you pay when the parcel is in your hands. The operator confirms the payment details and the total, ₹2,490 a jar, during the same call.

Leave your name and mobile number. The operator calls to confirm the number of jars, the ₹2,490 price per jar and your address, and the courier brings Jonitas to your door.
