Shallaki (Boswellia serrata)
Indian frankincense resin, the most studied herb in the blend for knee osteoarthritis.
Joint X Pro is an Ayurvedic joint support capsule that combines shallaki (boswellia), guggul, turmeric and ashwagandha with glucosamine, a building block of cartilage. You take one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner, so a jar of 30 covers 15 days. It costs ₹2,490 a jar, paid on delivery.
Joint X Pro is an Ayurvedic joint support supplement in a jar of 30 capsules, for adults with stiff or aching knees, hips, shoulders and fingers. Each capsule joins four Ayurvedic ingredients, shallaki, guggul, turmeric and ashwagandha, with glucosamine. It is taken twice a day after meals, as a course of at least a month.
The difference is the mix: Joint X Pro puts Ayurvedic herbs and a cartilage component in one capsule, taken by mouth, so it reaches every joint through the blood. It is a supplement, used alongside the treatment you already follow.

Joint X Pro works from the inside, over weeks. Its herbs act on the chemical signals of inflammation, and glucosamine supplies a raw material of cartilage. The capsules are taken after food, twice a day, so the intake stays steady.
Shallaki (Boswellia serrata) contains boswellic acids that block 5-lipoxygenase, an enzyme of inflammation. In a 2003 trial in knee osteoarthritis, boswellia extract taken by mouth improved knee symptoms compared with placebo.
Curcumin from turmeric damps down NF-κB and the messengers TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6. Turmeric is the most familiar of the five actives in Joint X Pro.
Glucosamine is an amino sugar the body uses to build cartilage. In the large GAIT trial, a benefit showed in people with moderate to severe knee pain.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is an Ayurvedic adaptogen. Its trials measure stress and cortisol, and in Joint X Pro it rounds off the herbal part of the formula.
The Joint X Pro label names five actives: shallaki (Boswellia serrata), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), guggul (Commiphora wightii), turmeric and glucosamine. The brand's sales page gives the same five. The amount of each is not published; the operator can read your jar's label to you on the call.
Indian frankincense resin, the most studied herb in the blend for knee osteoarthritis.
Guggul is a classic partner of shallaki in Ayurvedic joint formulas.
Turmeric brings curcumin, the yellow compound that acts on inflammatory messengers.
Ashwagandha root is used in Ayurveda for strength and stress. It is also the ingredient that needs the most care: see who should not take Joint X Pro.
Glucosamine is the one non-herbal active. It is often made from shellfish, which matters if you have a seafood allergy.
Joint X Pro is taken as two capsules a day: one after breakfast and one after dinner, with warm water. A jar of 30 capsules lasts 15 days. The brand recommends at least one month, two jars, and suggests two to three months; the operator confirms what your label says.
Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of warm water once you have eaten.
Take the second capsule after the evening meal, at the same time each day.
At two capsules a day, one month takes two jars and three months take six. Order them together so the course has no gap.
If you miss a capsule, take the next one at its normal time. Extra capsules do not speed anything up.
Leave your name and mobile number. An operator calls back to confirm the number of jars and your address, and you pay ₹2,490 a jar when the courier delivers.
Joint X Pro costs ₹2,490 for a jar of 30 capsules, which lasts 15 days at two capsules a day: about ₹166 a day. A one-month course of two jars comes to ₹4,980.
Some sites show ₹4,980 as the 'MRP' of one jar with a 50% cut; it is the same ₹2,490 presented as a sale that never ends. Here there is one price. You pay on delivery, after the operator's call confirms the total with delivery to your PIN code.
With Joint X Pro, the change to look for is less stiffness on getting up and easier stairs after a few weeks of two capsules a day. A useful review says how many jars the person took and which joint felt different.
The reviews on Joint X Pro's own sales page, with names and cities, cannot be checked, and no marketplace reviews turned up in our search. No warning from CDSCO, AYUSH or FSSAI about Joint X Pro appeared either (September 2026). Treat promises of results in seven days, repaired cartilage or '100% safe' as advertising.
What you can check is the jar. The genuine Joint X Pro comes in a brown jar with a black cap, labelled 'AYURVEDIC JOINT SUPPORT' and 'JointX Pro', with 30 capsules and the five actives listed on the front. You pay only when the courier hands it over.
Joint X Pro is not for pregnancy, breastfeeding or children. Because it contains ashwagandha and glucosamine, people with liver, thyroid or blood-sugar problems, or a seafood allergy, need extra care.
Both names refer to the same product. The jar is labelled 'JointX Pro' under the line 'Ayurvedic Joint Support', and the product is also listed as Joint X Pro. It is a brown jar of 30 capsules with shallaki, ashwagandha, guggul, turmeric and glucosamine, sold for ₹2,490.
One jar of Joint X Pro holds 30 capsules and lasts 15 days at the dose of one capsule after breakfast and one after dinner. The brand recommends at least a month, which is two jars, and suggests two to three months. The operator helps you work out how many jars to order.
Joint X Pro contains glucosamine, an amino sugar, and diabetes is on its list of precautions for that reason. Blood thinners are on the same list, because turmeric and glucosamine can add to their effect. Read the Joint X Pro side effects and tell the operator about your medicines before ordering.
Joint X Pro is a capsule that you swallow, not a balm. Balms and creams are rubbed into the skin over the joint and work on the surface, with different ingredients. Joint X Pro is swallowed twice a day after meals, and its five actives, led by shallaki and glucosamine, work through the blood on every joint.
You pay for Joint X Pro when the parcel arrives: ₹2,490 a jar. Submitting the form costs nothing. The operator calls to confirm your address, PIN code, number of jars and total, and explains how payment at the door works and when to expect delivery in your city.

Each jar gives 15 days at two capsules a day. Leave your name and mobile number, the operator confirms the order, and you pay the courier on delivery.
