Orders and the confirmation call
Sending the form is a request, not yet a purchase. An operator from the official distributor in India calls you to confirm the product, the number of jars, the price and the delivery address. The order is placed only after you confirm it on that call.
The site is run by the company named on the contact page.
Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the product page: Jonitas costs ₹2,490 a jar. The operator tells you the total for your order on the call. Payment is made on delivery; the operator confirms the payment details during the call. No payment is taken online.
Delivery
A courier delivers the parcel to the address confirmed on the call. The delivery time depends on your PIN code, and the operator gives it before dispatch.
Payment, the confirmation call and refusing a parcel are covered under Delivery and payment.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before dispatch: say so on the confirmation call or write to the email on the contact page. You can also refuse the parcel at the door without paying. After delivery, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply; see Returns and refunds.
Important notes on the products
Jonitas is a joint support formula taken by mouth; check the jar label for its category and licence details. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and does not replace a doctor's advice or prescribed treatment. Read the label before use, keep to the dose on it and keep the jar out of the reach of children.
Do not take Jonitas during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with an allergy to any of its ingredients, including shellfish. If you take blood thinners, have diabetes or heart disease, check with your doctor before starting.
